Compared to our polyclonal zebrafish vitellogenin kit (V01008402) our new Mab/Mab Zebrafish (Danio rerio) vitellogenin ELISA kit offers some advantageous features:

• Ready to use TMB substrate over OPD tablet substrat
• Shorter incubation time (2.5 hour over 3.5 hour for the polyclonal)
• Minimum sample dilution needed to avoid matrix effect (1:50 for WBH samples compared to 1:500 for the polyclonal kit)
