Ordering Information Required:
Please include purchase order number, billing and shipping addresses, product number, product name, quantity, user's name, department, VAT number and phone number.

Shipping:
Our shipping terms are ExW. We will charge normal transportation costs unless noted. Shipping with consolidated air freight and handling/packing are depending on weight. By using your own TNT, DHL, UPS or FedEx account there will be no shipping costs from Biosense.
