The diuron test kit is a competitive ELISA for the determination of diuron and other phenylurea herbicides in water, food, soil and other matrices. The assay utilizes a microtiter plate as the solid-phase format. The kit is used as an analytical tool to measure the amount of diuron and other phenylurea herbicides in water, food and soil samples. Can be used as a quantitative, semi-quantitative or qualitative test, depending on protocol selected.
The kit (96 tests), a microtiter plate format, containing sufficient reagents for 96 tests. Polyclonal antiserum against diuron are immobilized on a microtiter plate.
The assay range is between 0.03 ppb and 3.0 ppb.
