Quantitative vitellogenin (Vtg) ELISA test kits for detection of endocrine disruptors with estrogenic or anti-estrogenic properties.

Vtg is one of the core endpoint in screening and testing for endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) described in the OECD Guidelines for the testing of chemicals. See, for example:

The Biosense Vtg ELISA kits have been developed for the standard fish test species recommended by OECD, and are used in many ecotoxicology laboratories throughout the world. The  kits come in two sizes, with 96 and 480 wells (1 and 5 plates), and contains all necessary reagents for running the ELISA as well as an instructive protocol
